TERMS & CONDITIONS
POLICY:
We sell only to legitimate motorcycle businesses (licensed established, commercial places of business serving the general public in areas of motorcycle sales, service and/or parts and accessories). We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any account that does not meet our requirements.
TERMS:
Orders are shipped COD, we also accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. If you have established an open account, all open accounts are due on the 10th of the month following your purchases. The 24th of each month is the last billing day of the month. Starting on the 25th, your orders will be dated for the next month billing. Any open account 30 days or more past due will be placed on credit hold and any orders already in-house and in process will be sent COD and any future orders will be held.
Any open account that becomes over 60 days past due or greater will incur service charges on the past due balances. The equivalent annual rate used will not exceed 18%. Any open account that becomes 90 days past due will lose open account credit terms and must use COD or prepayment methods once it is released from credit hold. It is KK Motorcycle Supply's policy that all new customers eligible to apply for open account terms will be required to complete a credit application and existing customer may be asked to update their applications on a regular basis. At its discretion, KK Motorcycle Supply may request a security agreement and/or personal guarantee to be completed in order to extend credit to a customer or to increase the amount of credit available to a customer. KK Motorcycle Supply may also at its discretion, perfect its purchase money security interest by filing with the proper state's UCC division.

PRICES:
You should check each invoice you receive for current dealer prices. We reserve the right to change prices and/or discounts without notice.
BAD CHECKS:
There will be a service charge of $15.00 for each check not clearing your bank property. Checks not collected within 10 days from date of their being returned to us will be turned over to the authorities and local credit bureau. Your account will be changed to Certified Check or Money Order until check and service charge are paid in full.
ORDERS:
We try to ship all orders the same day we receive them. The earlier in the day we get you order, the better chance we have of getting it out the same day. If at all possible, please have all part numbers on your orders. This will help expedite your order out the door and on the way to you.
SHIPPING:
We ship all orders by UPS or Federal Express. If you prefer another shipper, please specify when ordering. Prompt service is of primary consideration. Every effort will be made to ship an order the same day it is received.
PICK UP:
If you prefer to pick up an order, please phone in the order ahead of time, at least a couple of hours in advance. We need time to get your order ready so it will be waiting for you to pick up.
BACK ORDERS:
We automatically BACK ORDER any item not in stock, unless otherwise instructed. We cancel all back orders on the 24th of December of each year.

RETURNS:
All returns must be sent back within 60 days of invoice date. KK Motorcycle Supply will not issue credit for any discontinued or close out merchandise. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported to KK within 10 days of invoice date. No credit will be issued if product and packaging are not in condition to be resold. Call our 800 number for a return authorization. We reserve the right to impose a 15% handling charge on all items returned for credit., unless the products are defective or shipped in error. Refused COD's are subject to 20% restocking fee.
SHORTAGES:
All claims for shortages must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip within 10 days
DELIVERY SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES:
When you receive your order from UPS or another carrier, be sure you sign for the correct amount of packages. Double check the number of packages you sign for. Sometimes they get separated indicate to the driver on the delivery sheet any damaged boxes or damage product. Save the shipping cartons and damaged items for proof of damage. Any damage or lost items in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and claims should be filed with the carrier. KK will do all it can to help in filing a claim.
WARRANTY:
All the items listed in this catalog have no warranty whatsoever, expressed, written, or implied by KK Motorcycle Supply, LLC. However, some of the items listed by KK Motorcycle Supply, LLC. do carry a warranty for the manufacture and we at KK will make every effort to obtain this credit for our dealer and its customer. We also are not liable for any damages to any person or property, due to a defect in manufacture or design of the manufactured product.
